Georgia Precision Gun Works LLC does not do Cerakote or Gunsmith work for other FFL companies:
FFL 01 (Dealer) - This license is sufficient if you will only ever coat firearms belonging to non-FFLs. So private individuals or in the event of it being a NFA item the trust/etc on the Form 4. They’ve began to refer to this as “firearms that have entered commerce”.
FFL 07 (Manufacturer) - This license pretty much let’s you do anything coating wise. You can buy a Glock and coat it for resale (You can now adopt all markings, no added engraving required). You can buy a used gun from a customer and coat it for resale (classified as remanufacturing and marking requirements apply). You can coat firearms for other FFL07s that don’t have Cerakote. You can coat firearms for individuals.
A FFL01 cannot coat any firearm that has not entered commerce because that activity is classified as manufacturing. So even if an 07 wants something done the 01 cannot do it because it’s classified as manufacturing and they aren’t licensed for that.
